May –September, 2009
Monday: Open Water Swim*, Dunmore East, 7pm (meet at 6:30pm)
Month of May: Cycling session -
arranged for 7pm(airport roundabout on ring road)
Tuesday: Run session at the Waterford Crystal Centre - 7pm (on grass)
Wednesday: Swim 9:40pm to 10:40pm - Waterford Crystal Pool
Thursday: Run session with James O'Sullivan. 7pm, different venues -

Saturday: Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd May - Supersprints
Mini-triathlon run by the club.
Venue: Sean Kelly Sports, Carrick-on-Suir
Sunday:
* All open water swims are group events, however, new members (who have swam approx. 20 lengths continuously in a pool) can avail of a ‘buddy’ who will stay with them at their pace until they feel confident enough to do so on their own.
